With violent crime piling up, the LSPD has more scenes than leads — but apparently still enough officers to stand around chalk outlines and tell you to move along. Ten locations across Los Santos and Blaine County can become active Crime Scenes, with a hidden Weapon Component waiting among the evidence. Slip in quietly or deal with the cops, collect five components, and assemble a Service Carbine of your own.
